Straight answers about pricing, what's included, how projects run, and what happens after launch. If something isn't covered here, ask us directly.
Professional websites start at $799. Final pricing depends on the number of pages, features, integrations, content requirements, and overall complexity of the project.
The starting price is intended for a straightforward professional business website, generally either a focused scrolling website or a simple website with approximately 2–3 primary pages or navigation sections. Larger websites, additional features, integrations, or more complex projects are quoted separately.
Sōsuke Media primarily works with contractors, trades, local service businesses, and growing small businesses, but we are not limited exclusively to those industries.
Yes. We can review your existing website and reuse worthwhile content, branding, photos, messaging, or design ideas while rebuilding the site cleanly using our preferred modern website systems.
Generally, no. Rather than taking over and troubleshooting older website systems, plugins, themes, and configurations, we usually rebuild the website cleanly using the systems we work with and support.
Standard fixed-price website projects generally include up to two consolidated revision rounds before launch within the agreed project scope. Additional redesigns, pages, features, or substantial changes can be quoted separately.
Timing depends on the size of the project, how quickly we receive the needed information and content, and how quickly feedback and revisions are provided. We will discuss the expected timeline before beginning the project rather than promising the same turnaround for every website.
Usually we need information about your business, services, contact information, service areas, branding or logo if available, photos if available, and any important offers or messaging. You can provide detailed instructions, content, examples, or changes you want included, and we will handle implementing them into the website.
Sōsuke Media normally manages the website for clients using our Website Care & Hosting service. Clients can send us detailed instructions, new content, photos, text changes, and other requested updates for us to implement.
After the project is fully paid, the client owns the custom final content and design work created specifically for their business, subject to third-party services and Sōsuke Media's reusable systems, tools, components, methods, and underlying technology.
Sōsuke Media manages the website's hosted implementation while providing Website Care & Hosting. Clients do not get direct logins to the hosting or site editor — you send us the changes you want and we make them, which is what keeps the site fast, secure, and consistent.
You are not locked in. If a client later leaves, we will reasonably cooperate in transferring the client's domain, client-owned content, and website assets or code that are reasonably transferable.
Website Care & Hosting is $49 per month and includes website hosting, one standard domain when managed by Sōsuke Media, SSL and security upkeep, general website maintenance, support, and up to 30 minutes of minor website edits during each monthly billing period.
No. The included monthly edit time resets each billing period.
Clients can send us the content, photos, corrections, instructions, or other changes they want made. Minor changes can be handled through the included Website Care edit time, while larger additions or redesign work may be quoted separately.
Yes. Website Care & Hosting can be canceled according to the cancellation procedure in the Website Services Terms. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the applicable paid billing period.
Sōsuke Media's hosting and ongoing website management end when the applicable paid service period ends.
If the client wants to keep the website operating elsewhere, they will need to arrange replacement hosting or another website provider.
We will reasonably cooperate in transferring the client's domain, client-owned content, and website assets or code that are reasonably transferable.
Sōsuke Media does not provide migration, rebuilding, configuration, or support on another provider's platform. If specialized transfer work is required, the client may need to arrange that work with their new provider.
Yes. A fully paid client may request transfer of a domain Sōsuke Media manages on their behalf, subject to normal registrar requirements and transfer restrictions.
For qualifying businesses considering a new or rebuilt website, Sōsuke Media may create one complimentary initial homepage concept so you can see a potential design and direction before deciding whether to move forward.
No. It is one homepage design concept intended to demonstrate a real direction. It is a substantial piece of the design work, but it is not a completed, launched website, unlimited design work, or unlimited revisions.
You are paying to turn an approved design into a finished, working website: your photos and gallery, your logo and branding, final written content for your services and service area, any additional pages, forms and click-to-call wiring, mobile and speed work, SEO basics, domain setup and launch.
The design direction being settled up front is the point — it removes the slowest and most expensive part of a typical website project.
No. There is no obligation to move forward after reviewing the initial concept.
The complimentary concept remains Sōsuke Media intellectual property unless rights are transferred as part of a paid project. It may be reviewed by the prospective client but may not be given to another provider for reproduction without permission.

No legitimate provider can guarantee a specific Google ranking. We focus on strong website structure, useful content, technical optimization, local search fundamentals, and ongoing improvements intended to strengthen search visibility.
No. Marketing performance depends on many factors including competition, market demand, pricing, reputation, advertising budget, offer quality, and customer behavior. Sōsuke Media does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, sales, or return on advertising spend.
You can request a Free Website Concept or schedule a project review. We will discuss what you need, determine the appropriate scope, and confirm pricing before beginning paid work.
We can review what you already have, identify content or design elements worth keeping, and determine whether a clean rebuild makes sense.
That's fine. A project review is designed to determine what your business actually needs before recommending a website or marketing scope.

Yes — that is intentionally how the system is designed. Start with the immediate problem and add users, AI, workflows and automation as they create enough value to justify them.
Larger systems typically involve more users, leads, AI calling, messaging, workflows, integrations, customization, support and ongoing optimization.
A small two-person contractor should not pay the same price as a larger company running hundreds or thousands of leads through a more advanced AI system.
No. Sōsuke OS focuses on leads, customer communication, booking, CRM, AI and automation.
It is not designed as a replacement for specialized technician dispatch, route management, payroll, inventory or job-costing systems.
